Verification Process

  • NPI Number Validation: We verify the provider's National Provider Identifier (NPI) against the NPPES registry.
  • State Board Checks: We automatically check the State Board of Pharmacy for every state the pharmacist claims licensure in.
  • OIG Exclusion List: We verify the provider is not on the Office of Inspector General's exclusion list.

How Matching Works

When you book a consultation, our system checks your current location (state) against the pharmacist's active licenses.If a pharmacist is not licensed in your state, you will be unable to book a clinical consultation with them.This ensures all medical advice is provided within the legal scope of practice.

What if no one is available?

If no pharmacist is currently licensed in your state, you may still access our Directory for informational purposes, but clinical services will be restricted.
